Meals on Wheels & Dinners for Kids

Thanks to the generosity of 440 donors and the culinary skills of Fr. James Paisley, pastor of St. Therese in Shavertown and St. Frances X. Cabrini in Carverton, Fr. Paisley was able to raise $31,560.00 in the recent “Rectory, Set, Cook” competition.

$15,800.00 of those funds have been returned to St. Therese and St. Frances X. Cabrini Parishes to benefit several local charities including “Meals on Wheels of Wyoming Valley” and “Dinners for Kids.”
